Ukraine now has all the conditions for recovery and further sustainable development of the economy. Despite the fact that the defense industry is characterized by technological complexity of offered products and services, as well as by a constant innovation process, existing cooperation with technological partners (technological development and training of the Ukrainian military) will make it possible to maximally involve domestic industries in innovative recovery.
Therefore, the conceptual basis of the post-war reconstruction of the country’s economy should be the mastering of knowledge/technologies/innovations that have been transferred to Ukraine as part of international technical assistance to fight against Russian aggression, which will be the basis of a new innovative business model in the high-tech industry based on the strategic transformation of social and economic system of Ukraine.
